Tritax Symmetry have secured the opportunity to deliver approximately 830,000 sq ft of logistics and industrial space.

Working with Knowsley Borough Council, who allocated the site for employment uses, an outline planning application was submitted in August 2020 with the intention to start on site with a speculative building of 164,000 sq ft in Q2 2021.

The scheme will adjoin a new country park which will provide open space amenity in association with The Land Restoration Trust.
