Tritax Symmetry have secured the opportunity to deliver approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of logistics and industrial space. The scheme will adjoin a new country park which will provide open space amenity in association with The Land Restoration Trust.

Working with Knowsley Borough Council, who allocated the site for employment uses, detailed consent was granted for 161,900 sq ft with outline consent for a further 838,100 sq ft.

Work to speculatively construct a BREEAM ‘Excellent’, B8 unit of 161,900 sq ft, is currently underway, having been pre-let to Yodel.

Grant funding has been secured from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority to enable delivery of infrastructure works relating to the first phase. Further buildings up to c.800,000 sq ft are still available.
