Symmetry Park, Leicester, has the capacity to deliver in the region of 4,000,000 sq ft of logistics floor space.

The site extends to over 250 acres.

This is incorporated as part of the wider Whetstone Pastures scheme, at the heart of which is a vision for a new Garden Village of c. 3,500 new homes.

Whetstone Pastures achieved Garden Village status in June 2019, following a submission to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Both Symmetry Park Leicester and Whetstone Pastures are being promoted through the Blaby District Council Local Plan process.
