Extending to a total of 136 acres, symmetry park, Kettering benefits from outline planning permission for 2,310,000 sq ft of logistics floor space. Situated directly alongside the A14 “Trans-European” freight route at Junction 9, the site provides prominence for occupiers and excellent transport links to the national motorway and trunk road network.
Work has started on the On Site Infrastructure Works whereby a single development plateau of c.90 acres will be formed; c.40 acres by the end of 2021, capable of accommodating a single 1m sq ft building and the balance, a further 50 acres, by Q2 2022. Design and Build occupations requirements can be delivered to meet an occupation date during 2022.
