Symmetry Park, Gloucester, has the capacity to accommodate approximately 1,100,000 sq ft of logistics floor space.  The site totals 67 acres adjacent to Junction 12 of the M5, providing excellent road connectivity and prominence for occupiers.

The site is being promoted through the Stroud District Local Plan process in order to satisfy increasing demand for employment and logistics development in the South-West. The 67 acre site has been allocated in the Draft Local Plan which is expected to be adopted in Winter 2021.
