Extending to a total of 161 acres, Symmetry Park, Oxford North has the capacity to deliver up to 2,321,000 sq ft of logistics floor space. Situated directly alongside the M40 at Junction 9 and the A41, the site provides prominence for occupiers and excellent transport links to the national motorway and trunk road network. The site is being promoted through Cherwell District Council’s Local Plan process, in response to current market need and demand for additional logistics development.

Outline planning application submission for the scheme anticipated mid-2020 with a consent to follow early 2021.
