Extending to a total of 70 acres, Central M40 has detailed planning consent for a total of 1,051,209 sq ft of industrial warehouse accommodation. Situated directly alongside the M40 at Junction 11, the site provides prominence for occupiers and excellent transport links to the national motorway network.

Phase 1 is complete comprising construction of a 236,580 sq ft building let to Hellofresh and a bespoke 114,000 sq ft headquarters for Prodrive Motorsport.

Phase 2 is complete with Unit 7 (95,002 sq ft) let to TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Unit 8 (78,117 sq ft) let to Rinkit.

Phase 3 comprising Unit 5 (334,760 sq ft) is now let to Great Bear Distribution.  Unit 6 (198,750 sq ft) is under construction and available for occupation Q3 2021.

Phase 4 comprising Unit 9 (83,750 sq ft) which has been pre-let to Warburtons, and Unit 10 (144,800 sq ft) is under construction and available for occupation Q4 2021.
