National logistics developer Tritax Symmetry has announced five new hires to support the company’s ongoing expansion.
Adam Lloyd has been appointed as Tritax Symmetry’s new development director, joining from SEGRO. A chartered surveyor, Adam has 15 years’ experience in industrial and logistics. Adam started his career at SEGRO and held several asset management and development roles before moving into big box development in 2017, working across flagship logistics schemes and rail freight terminals in the Midlands and South East.
Mark Gowan, a chartered engineer, has joined as an associate construction director. With over 25 years’ experience, he has held senior roles including Project Director, Operations Director and Chief Engineer within Client and Contractor organisations both in the UK and overseas.
Gilly Stafford has come on board as the company’s new finance manager. A commercially minded financial controller, Gilly has over 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, construction and property management industries.
Shaun Metcalfe also joins from Leeds Beckett University as an Assistant Planner and Danielle Cawley comes on board as an executive assistant in the Northampton office.
In a move to further align Tritax Symmetry’s services to clients’ needs, Jonathan Dawes will take on the role of head of planning and Ben Sanders will become head of construction.
