Symmetry Park, Bicester extends to a total of 53 acres and has the capacity to deliver up to 755,000 sq ft of logistics floor space. Other occupiers at the scheme include Bentley Designs Ltd and Medline Services Ltd.
Speaking about the progress on site Tom Leeming, Development Director at Tritax Symmetry, commented: “We are very pleased to report that the construction programme remains on target for completion next Spring. Given the current climate, DPD’s service is hugely in demand and we look forward to handing the building over to DPD next year so that they can continue to serve their ever-expanding customer base.”
“In terms of the wider Park, we have strong interest in our speculatively developed 163,664 sq ft unit and the final fully serviced plot is available with the benefit of detailed planning consent for a unit of 334,000 sq ft.” Get in touch here.
