Sarah Chicken has joined as development surveyor and Sebastian Patrick has been appointed our new graduate surveyor.
Sarah, a qualified chartered surveyor, joins us from Gerald Eve she worked on residential development predominantly focused on financial viability, assessments and valuation. Before Gerald Eve, Sarah was a graduate surveyor at Knight Frank, where she trained for two years, gaining experience in valuations, commercial agency, lease advisory and business rates.
Here, Sarah will be working on the Symmetry Park developments across the North including Middlewich and Wigan, as well as helping to identify and bring new strategic sites forward.
Richard Bowen said: “This is an exciting time to be joining db symmetry. With a land portfolio of 700 acres of logistics space and with a further 2,400 acres being promoted through the planning process for logistics use, it is essential that we have the best talent in place at every level of the organisation to bring forward these major schemes, so that we can continue to deliver our strategic growth ambitions.
“Sarah and Justin are highly driven and capable individuals and we look forward to having them on board as we head into 2019.”
