The great and the good from the UK’s industrial and logistics property agents embarked on a tour of some of our speculatively-built schemes yesterday as part of our Best of British event.
Over 100 took part in the tour across over 750,000 sq ft of speculatively developed space. The tour kicked off with a visit to units 1-3 at Symmetry Park, Aston Clinton, where we are on site developing three units comprising 55,000 sq ft; 83,000 sq ft and 110,000 sq ft logistics floor space with PC in Q4 2019.
Unit 5 at Central M40, Banbury was the next stop, where guests had the opportunity to view our latest build measuring 333,000 sq ft.
The final stop was Symmetry Park, Bicester where a true Best of British lunch was served in the newly completed 163,000 sq ft logistics facility. Games were held where some revealed their competitive streak.
Charlie Lambert’s clay-pigeon shooting skills won him first place whilst Adam McGuinness picked up the prize for the best welly thrower. Callum Gilbert at Cushman & Wakefield was picked as the prize winner of the PalmerSport Race Day. No one however went home empty handed with each guest receiving a pair of Hunter wellies.
