Tritax Symmetry, the dedicated logistics development company of Tritax Big Box, has agreed a major deal with MBS Equipment UK Ltd at its two remaining, speculatively-built logistics facilities at Symmetry Park, Aston Clinton in Aylesbury.
MBS will operate from unit 2 and unit 3, measuring 56,034 sq ft and 112,148 sq ft on a 10-year lease. The buildings will be used as new film studios and set workshops. Phase one comprised 252,013 sq ft in total; unit 1 (83,831 sq ft) was pre-let to Global Infusion Group.
The second phase of development already has detailed planning consent for two units of 164,950 and 212,000 sq ft. Alternatively, this phase can accommodate built to suit occupier requirements up to 450,000 sq ft. Get in touch here.

Savills, joint agents for the scheme with Brasier Freeth, continued, “When complete, Symmetry Park, Aston Clinton will be the largest speculative industrial, warehouse and distribution facility in the North West M25 region. With occupiers including MBS and GIG already secured, we are confident Symmetry Park, Aston Clinton will continue to attract the requirements currently in the market for the north west M25 region that includes Watford and Hemel.”
Situated directly alongside the A41, 17 miles from Junction 20 of the M25 Motorway, the Aston Clinton site totals 700,000 sq ft over 46 acres and is located is within 30 minutes’ drive of several large towns to provide readily available labour, and quick access to the M25 and the national motorway network.
The buildings provide 50kN floor loading, a range of eaves heights, HGV parking, dock leveler doors, level loading doors and security fencing. Internally, Symmetry Park will offer Grade A office accommodation with lift, shower and kitchenette facilities.
